Return Process & Shipping - Online Orders
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@mottledmonster.com with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving your online order. We will asses the refund and respond within 24 hours.
- Returns can be dropped off at our Shop 12, Building X23 England Cluster, International City, Dubai
- Option A: Return shipping is free for damaged/faulty items.

Option B: A courier fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
